The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our products meet or exceed design specifications and performance. This includes the use of automated tests, hands-on testing of solutions, incoming and final inspection, and collecting and analyzing test results. The ideal candidate has experience in quality assurance, partnering with engineering teams, interacting with production staff, collecting data to measure performance, and reporting test results. The candidate will work closely with both engineering and product management teams.

Epiq Solutions is seeking a full-time Repair Technician with at least five years of hands-on experience to join our team developing both custom and commercial wireless communications systems. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate and repair Epiq Solutions' wireless communications products (board level repair). The ideal candidate would have previous experience supporting an electronics production environment, executing test procedures, testing wireless devices using RF test equipment, removing faulty components and solder replacement components, and retest. Specific job tasks include the following:

• Utilize production test procedures for Epiq's products to troubleshoot and repair, modules, and printed circuit boards. (Eighty percent Benchwork).
• Read and understand PCB layout images, component data sheets and rework instructions.
• Document the results of repairs of defective modules and printed circuit boards. (Ten percent documenting the results of repairs).
• Observe electrical products handling safety codes and regulations.

The Senior Test Engineer will architect and implement automated test solutions for Epiq’s board-level and system-level SDR products. Epiq Solutions is seeking a full-time Staff Product Test Engineer with at least eight years of hands-on experience to join our team developing and testing Epiq’s software defined radio (SDR) product line. The primary responsibility of this position is to design and implement automated test solutions for a range of board-level and system-level products developed by Epiq. Key tasks include developing hardware test harnesses, creating software for device testing and interfacing with electronic test equipment (such as RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies), and generating comprehensive test reports. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in new product introduction (NPI), having served as the lead Test Engineer responsible for guiding multiple products through all stages of development — from initial design and requirements definition to final production testing and ongoing support. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit robust software development abilities, with comprehensive experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, multi-threading, and multi-processing. The role requires close collaboration with both the engineering and production teams.

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the development and evolution of SDR platforms. This is an emerging role within the organization and will play a key part in aligning customer needs, product strategy, and technical execution. The Systems Engineer will collaborate closely with product management, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define system requirements, guide architectural decisions, and support programs from early concept through prototype delivery and commercialization.

The role requires a broad technical understanding of SDR systems — including RF, hardware, firmware, and software — and the ability to translate customer and product needs into clear system definitions. Depending on project needs, the Systems Engineer may also serve as a Technical Lead for SDR development efforts with well-defined periods of performance.
